Meal! (so far) September 8th, 2010

  • 2 eggs sunny side up - 175 cal
  • multigrain cheerios, blueberries, 1% milk - 350 cal
  • philadelphia roll - 480 cal
  • harvest spice granola bar - 200 cal
  • honey cake (one of my best friends is jewish - rosh hashanah!) - 500 cal 
  • Total: 1705 cal 

A tiny bit rich, but I was celebrating jewish new year :P

    Meals! September 7th, 2010

    • left over chicken tikka masala and basmati rice - 400 cal
    • grilled chicken sandwich w/ veggies - 500 cal
    • spinach tortellini w/ homemade marinara - 500 cal
    • small roll w/ butter - 150 cal
    • Total: 1550 cal

    Good stuff. Yummy, healthy…maybe could have done without the butter. BUT I DRANK LOTS OF WATER. So SCORE.

    • 2 eggs sunny side up, 1/2 tsp olive oil, 1 packet ketchup - 175 cal
    • chicken pad kee mow, 2 small spring rolls - 500 cal
    • LOTS OF WATER. score!
    • 2 aloo masala frankies, cucumber and yogurt salad - 800 cal
    • diet peach snapple - 0 cal
    • Total: 1475 cal

    Good mix, DELICIOUS veggie filled ethnic food. on par with the calories, yum.

      Tequila…my weakness. lol. and I SOLEMLY SWEAR to stop being a beat-myself-upper. 

      I cannot wait…

      until I get my fridge on wednesday and can go shopping for healthy things!

      • 2 bombay chicken frankies - 800 cal
      • cinnamon tea - 10 cal
      • two bites apple pie - 40 cal
      • Total: 1450 cal

      I HAVE TO STOP THIS TWO HIGH CAL MEALS A DAY THING. NOW.

      Things will be better when I get my fridge on wednesday and go shopping. Until then it’s just damage control.

      • 1 english muffin, two eggs poached, 1/8 avocado - 300 cal
      • 1 cup multigrain cheerios - 110 cal
      • 1 cup basmati rice, 1/2 cup chicken tikka masala - 500 cal
      • 1/4 pint ben & jerry’s milk & cookies ice cream - 270 cal
      • 4 shots of tequila - 257 cal
      • Total: 1437 cal

      Sooooo 

      Pro: within calories

      Con: all nutrition went out of the window after dinner. 

      I’m trying not to let college affect my choices. Ugh.

      • subway sandwich 6” turkey w/ half a bag of w/ sunchips - 450 cal
      • 1/2 pizza margherita, salad, 1/4 large roll, 1/2 tiramisu - 900
      • other 1/2 pizza - 350 cal
      • Total: 1700 cal

      No breakfast…but I was REALLY busy. won’t do that again.
